Project Controls Manager - DefenceLondon - Hybrid (Some travel will be involved)up to £70,000 per annum + benefitsA globally renowned multinational professional services company is looking for a Security Cleared Project Controls Manager -Defence. The company specialises in programme management, project management, cost management, and consulting across the Defence, Nuclear, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors. You will be controlling, planning the projects across the London area.As a skilled Security Cleared Project Controls Manager -Defence, you will be managing and planning cost, risk, and reporting across the full project lifecycle. You will ensure accurate, consistent project data and drive performance across infrastructure programmes. You will support strategic decision-making while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.*P.S: This role requires Active Security Clearance (SC).Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate project controls across cost, schedule, risk, and performance to ensure programme delivery success.
  • Review project proposals to develop realistic, resource-optimised delivery plans in collaboration with planning teams.
  • Monitor data integrity in cost and performance systems, ensuring alignment with quality and reporting standards.
  • Produce and maintain the Investment Plan in compliance with governance and the Investment Competence Framework.
  • Mentor and support project teams, fostering collaboration, capability growth, and continuous improvement.
Key skills:
  • Active Security Clearance (SC).
  • Experience withing the Defence industries.
  • Proven expertise in planning, cost, risk, or reporting across full project lifecycles.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
