
Visual Merchandising Manager - Parker, Waterman

- Lead the development and execution of compelling visual merchandising strategies that increase brand visibility, inspire purchase, and align with overall brand objectives for Europe and Asia.
- Establish and evolve global visual merchandising principles and standards across all product categories to ensure consistency, clarity, and a premium consumer experience.
- Design and deliver impactful visual assets, window displays, and in-store elements that bring product stories to life and differentiate our brands at retail, pop-ups, or brand events.
- Analyze product performance and retail insights to inform merchandising strategy, optimize best-seller presentation, and ensure decisions are rooted in commercial impact.
- Manage creative briefs and visual communications, working closely with internal brand teams and agency partners to ensure timely, on-brand, and high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution of merchandising programs from concept to rollout.
- Act as the primary liaison between brand marketing, creative agencies, local account managers, and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across all customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including marketing, sourcing, sales, and supply chain to deliver cohesive and scalable in-store experiences.
- Package and distribute merchandising toolkits and content for local/global markets, enabling teams with the materials and guidance needed to execute with excellence.
- Demonstrated experience in a visual merchandising role, ideally within premium/luxury consumer brands, lifestyle goods, or beauty/fashion.
- Proven experience leading multi-market visual merchandising initiatives within retail environment
- Ability to translate brand narratives into physical retail experiences that emotionally connect with shoppers.
- Able to clearly brief, present, and influence both creative and commercial teams at all levels.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Self-starter who can exercise independent judgement and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail + operational mindset. Able to think big picture but also manage timelines, budgets, and logistics
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate with multicultural and cross-functional teams.
