Supporting individuals with daily routines, meal prep, medication, and community activitiesDelivering personal care in a way that’s respectful and unrushedEncouraging independence through positive reinforcement and consistent routinesBeing a calm and reliable presence during challenging momentsAccurately recording notes and contributing to care planningAbout the Service:
Homely, shared accommodation – not a care homeWarm and welcoming team with strong values and great teamwork24/7 care, so you’ll work rotational shifts including days, backs, nights, and sleepoversWhat You Need:
Previous care experience is helpful but not essentialA kind, reliable nature and a calm approach to challenging situationsWillingness to complete full training and register with the SSSC (we’ll guide you)A driving licence is helpful, but not requiredConfidence with personal care and team communicationWhat You’ll Get:
