Contribute to business discussions with clients for project discovery and business process mapping.
Dynamics 365 CE customisation and configurations.
Work within Agile team to develop system designs to meet user requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders for data integration and migration activities
Skills & Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of Dynamics CRM platform
Experience leading discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with one (or more) of core modules - Sales, Customer Service, Field Service etc.
Ability to write, clear user stories.
