- Promoting and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment.
- Solid workshop experience in welding, fabrication, or similar hands-on roles.
- A reliable, detail-focused approach and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication skills across teams and departments.
- Ability to understand and follow technical drawings and work instructions.
