- Performing preventive maintenance on the systems to ensure reliability.
- Executing timely repairs and replacements of faulty components to minimise downtime.
- Implementing effective troubleshooting strategies to resolve operational problems.
- Recommending and implementing improvements to enhance system performance.
- Collaborating with engineering teams to execute upgrades and modernisation projects.
- Being on-call to respond promptly to emergency breakdowns.
- Maintaining accurate records of system maintenance activities and repairs and creating detailed reports on the condition and performance of fluid power systems.
- Offering technical support and guidance to maintenance teams as needed.
- Demonstrated expertise in maintaining, repairing, and installing fluid power systems, including compressed air and hydraulic components.
- Proven ability to work efficiently on customer sites and providing effective solutions.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed, with flexibility to respond to service calls promptly.
- Strong commitment to adhering to RAMS and health and safety requirements, ensuring a secure working environment for both yourself and others.
- Effective communication with customers, project managers, and team members to convey technical information and ensure a collaborative working relationship.
