- Act as the Councils Property Information Officer and main contact for property data.
- Maintain and develop the Councils property data systems and asset registers.
- Ensure all property data is accurately captured, stored, and disposed of in accordance with retention schedules and legal requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to colleagues on data capture, storage, and use of the property information system.
- Maintain a good understanding of Council functions to provide relevant advice on property information management.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain processes clearly.
- Strong customer focus, aligned with the Councils Putting Our Residents First vision.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
