- Support with diary management, representing the interest and agenda of the Senior Design Director, Accessories
- Prepare presentations and other materials in anticipation for all meetings
- Research and collect images to aid and support the creative process as per the direction of the Senior Design Director, Accessories
- Create presentations and mood boards, as required.
- Support the general running of the Accessories Design Team
- Set up and organise meeting spaces as required for specific purpose i.e. working lunch/presentations
- Interpreting the Merchandising and other teams calendars into Outlook, identifying conflicts and sending invitations to the appropriate team members
- Manage and tracking shipments
- Manage materials launch and organise materials books
- Support Designers working on cads and recaps
- Educated to Degree Level (or equivalent) in Fashion or Design
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience working within the luxury fashion industry
- Excellent skills in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign), Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills in person, via phone and email
- Languages: English and Italian
- Excellent work ethic

- Interest in fashion and trends, design and current affairs is also required
- Highly organised with a can-do attitude

- Travel to Italy required

- Will and adaptability to handle additional category requests based on business needs. As the Jimmy Choo business continues to evolve, new categories, collections and collaborations will be added. Design and development duties will be allocated in the most sensible way keeping in mind the workload of the position and the skill and strengths of the talent in the role
