Our client is looking for a talented Architect and Team Leader to manage a portfolio of 10–15 private residential projects in the UK (construction values £500k–£5M), and lead a small team of 3–5 people.The ideal candidate will be confident running high-end residential projects through all RIBA stages, with excellent communication skills and a strong design sensibility.Key RequirementsQualified Architect with 5+ years’ experienceExperience delivering high-end London residential projectsSkilled in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus)Confident managing clients, consultants, and project teamsExcellent spoken and written English communicationCommercially aware and detail-oriented
