- Manage your full Evri SME account portfolio, conducting regular volume and pricing reviews to maximise shipped volume share in line with department budget
- Prepare detailed account reports for your SME Team Manager, highlighting performance vs. budget, sales opportunities, and action plans
- Conduct client visits for high-value accounts, building relationships and driving compliance
- Make daily calls in line with the call cycle, active promotions, and departmental initiatives (80% of role)
- Implement plans to improve client service in partnership with Operations and BA Support
- Manage targets for churn and profitability as set by the Head of Department
- Support new product and service launches with Marketing to grow shipped volumes
- Maintain accurate CRM records for every customer to support data analytics and forecasting
- Work with Finance and Legal to ensure timely payments, escalating to fund recovery if needed
- Complete weekly reporting tasks including profitability, churn, default accounts, debt reports, downtrader lists, and others as issued
- Strong educational background including Maths and English GCSE
- Customer database management experience
- High competence with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and CRM systems
- Proven track record in account management and complaint resolution
- Knowledge of operational cost, commercial profitability, and P&L with industry experience in B2C home shopping or e-commerce
- Ability to work independently, sometimes during unsociable hours
