This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a meaningful impact in a nurturing educational environment.About the SchoolThe school caters for pupils aged 2–11 with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD). Our team is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging space where every child is supported to reach their full potential.Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise pupils during lunch breaks, ensuring a calm and safe environment.
  • Provide support with feeding and personal care as needed.
  • Encourage positive social interaction and play.
  • Collaborate with teaching and support staff.
Ideal Candidate
  • Prior experience working with children or young people, preferably in an SEN setting (not essential).
  • A patient, compassionate, and reliable nature.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
