Pay: Up to £52,000 per year + share of tipsThe RoleOur client is looking for an experienced, driven, and highly skilled Head Chef to lead their kitchen brigade in a prestigious 4 or 5-star property in the stunning Scottish Highlands. This is a full-time, permanent position offering 45 hours per week, with scope for paid overtime during peak trading periods.As Head Chef, you’ll take the reins of kitchen operations—from crafting seasonal menus and managing suppliers to mentoring junior chefs and maintaining impeccable food safety standards.
