- Collaborate with hiring managers to gather role requirements and provide recruitment updates.
- Support onboarding processes for successful candidates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during recruitment activities.
- Previous experience in a Human Resources or recruitment-related role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
- Salary of £25000 - £27000 per annum
