With a strong reputation, this engaging team are seeing growth through repeat business and also new clients and you will be exposed to working with a variety of impressive clients.Position Overview
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload and key will be your understanding to build long term relationships and give advice and solutions to your clients on their property requirements.Responsibilities
  • Handle acquisitions, disposals, and lease transactions for both landlords and tenants
  • Draft and negotiate commercial leases, lease extensions, and renewals
  • Advise clients on right to buy and right to acquire matters
  • Assist with transactions involving agricultural land and development projects
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years PQE in commercial property law
  • Strong client care and communication skills
  • Excellent drafting, writing, and technical abilities
  • Effective business development and marketing strategies
