- Lead interventions that promote independence and ensure the protection of vulnerable children, employing a range of strategies.
- Undertake complex child protection investigations and work collaboratively with partner agencies to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Champion the development of practice by mentoring less experienced colleagues and providing reflective supervision.
- Maintain clear and accurate case records, ensuring compliance with data protection policies.
