We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our committed team from October 2025.About the RoleThis is a full-time position supporting learning across all key stages within a mainstream primary setting. As a Level 3 TA, you'll work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver high-quality support to individuals and groups of pupils. You may also be asked to lead learning activities independently and support children with additional needs.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide classroom support to ensure effective teaching and learning
  • Assist in planning and delivering tailored interventions
  • Support the emotional and social development of pupils
  • Work with pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis, as required
  • Contribute to the preparation of learning materials and classroom displays
  • Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teachers
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
What We’re Looking For
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience working in a primary school setting
  • Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
