What you will do:- Manage a caseload of adult patients independently, focusing on those with communication and swallowing impairments.
- Provide specialist Speech and Language Therapy input across acute and critical care wards.
- Ensure excellent patient care through assessment, diagnosis, and therapy planning.
- Collaborate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop patient-centered care plans.
- Offer clinical advice and support to patients, families, and carers to promote recovery and well-being.We are seeking professionals with proficiency in managing communication and swallowing disorders, and it would be advantageous if you have competencies in tracheostomy, VFS, or FEES.
