Job Description🎨 Graphic Designer📍 Location: Southam 🧭 Reporting to: Marketing Manager 👥 Team: Collaborative, no direct reports 📅 Contract: Fixed-term, immediate start until December 2025Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for design and a sharp eye for detail? We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join a dynamic marketing team and bring bold ideas to life across print and digital platforms.Pay: £16.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm - 30 minute lunch (37.5 hours per week).This is a fixed-term opportunity with an immediate start, running through to December 2025-perfect for someone ready to make an impact and hit the ground running.🛠️ What You'll Be DoingAs Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping visual communications across multiple brands. Your day-to-day will include:
  • Designing product catalogues, promotional leaflets, brochures, packaging, and direct mail
  • Creating internal and external communications that align with brand guidelines
  • Developing eye-catching adverts for multi-channel campaigns
  • Producing product illustrations to support user instructions
  • Managing and expanding the image library using photography and in situ visuals
  • Supporting brand governance and recommending improvements to elevate brand awareness
🧠 What You'll BringWe're looking for someone with creativity, precision, and a proactive mindset. You should have:
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a graphic design or studio environment
  • Full proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) on Mac
  • Proven experience designing packaging, catalogues, and promotional materials
  • Knowledge of print management and digital content creation (desirable)
  • A marketing or design-related degree/diploma (preferred)
