A Part-time Nanny-Housekeeper is needed to support a family based in Acton, London, with both household duties and care for their school-aged child. This role is ideal for someone who is responsible, nurturing, and capable of balancing childcare with general housekeeping tasks effectively.A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.Working hours: Monday to Friday; split shift from 7:00 am to 10:00 am, then 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, approximately 25 hours per weekDuties include:
  • Ensuring the safety, well-being, care, and development of the children
  • Planning and engaging in activities with the children to support learning and enjoyment
  • Washing and bathing the children as part of their daily care routine
  • Managing school drop-offs and pick-ups
  • Tidying and organising the children's bedrooms and play areas
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-organised family home
  • Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping all floor areas
  • Dusting and polishing furniture and household fittings
  • Cleaning wash basins, bathtubs, and showers
  • Deep cleaning the kitchen and maintaining hygiene standards
  • Washing and drying clothes, including handling laundry organisation
  • Ironing and properly storing clothing and linens
  • Making beds and regularly changing linens
  • Washing dishes and loading/unloading the dishwasher
  • Cleaning windows and mirrors to maintain a spotless appearance
  • Preparing healthy meals for the children and occasionally for the family
