
Payroll Assistant | Accounts Assistant

- Support monthly UK and international payroll processing
- Maintain payroll records and reconcile accounts
- Process expense claims and credit card reconciliations
- Liaise with employees to resolve queries promptly
- Prepare and post month-end journals (payroll, accruals, recharges)
- Raise and post intercompany invoices
- Provide general finance admin support
- Good Excel skills
- CIPP qualification or working towards it is desirable but not essential
