What you will do:
  • Offer advice, information, advocacy, and comprehensive support to substance misusers actively involved with or reaching out to our service.
  • Administer a range of thoughtful interventions tailored to the specific needs of the service and each service user.
  • Case manage identified individuals with substance misuse challenges, ensuring they're fully informed of their options and the wealth of available support services.
  • Encourage and support the development of realistic recovery plans and facilitate access to psychosocial interventions both within our services and externally.
