Clinical Negligence SolicitorA fantastic opportunity has opened up for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join an award winning national UK law firm and work in either their Birmingham or Nottingham office. This role offers the chance to work on high-value, complex cases, acting for a range of defendant clients, including NHS Resolution. You will deal with the following:
  • Handling a broad range of defendant clinical negligence claims
  • Managing your own caseload, including supporting on high-value matters
  • Mentoring and delegation to junior fee earners where appropriate
  • Engaging in business development, including training programs and seminars both in-person and online
You will be able to demonstrate:
  • Technical expertise in clinical negligence
  • Experience in inquests or healthcare advisory work an advantage
  • Attention to detail and exceptional communication skills
  • Solid IT skills and familiarity with case management systems
