  • Working with learners at their place of work, in most cases for many of the UKs best loved names within the industry.
  • Coaching learners on the knowledge skills and behaviours they need to achieve their apprenticeship standard.
  • Providing support, guidance and motivation that helps them to get career-building qualifications.
  • Keeping clear records of learner progress, goal setting and achievements through our bespoke learner platform (training provided).
What will you bring to the role?
  • Strong, practical background across hospitality environments – bar, floor, kitchen, and back office to a management level.
  • Proven experience in restaurants, pubs or similar hospitality settings
  • Understanding of customer service excellence, food safety, kitchen operations, and team dynamics
It would be great if you had
  • Previous experience of delivering training in your sector
  • Experience of working with or alongside apprentices in your current or previous role
