Full Time Monday - FridayWe are working with a well-established business in Leicestershire who are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead their finance team and support continued growth.What will the role involve?
- Lead, motivate and develop a finance team
- Oversee financial reporting including management accounts and reconciliations
- Manage cash flow, budgets and forecasts
- Monitor sales and purchase ledgers and provide authorisations
- Support year-end accounts and audit processes
- Ensure compliance with HMRC returns and reporting requirements
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management
- Proven experience in finance leadership and team management
- AAT / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong technical accounting knowledge across daily, monthly and annual cycles
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
