- Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance schedules, and compliance certifications.
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related property role.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations within the property industry.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Good operational knowledge and management of CAFM.
