Job descriptionAre you a passionate and qualified Nursery Practitioner looking for a new opportunity?Prospero Teaching is working closely with a well-established nursery in Yeovil to recruit a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner for a full-time, permanent position.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nurturing and supportive early years setting where your skills and experience will be truly valued.Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities
  • Support children’s learning and development through play
  • Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Fulfil key person responsibilities and contribute to observations and assessments
Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
  • Sound knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for working with young children
