This is an on-call/adhoc role, meaning you may be contacted early in the morning to start the same day-flexibility is essential.You must own safety boots and a high-visibility vest to be considered for this role.Key Responsibilities:Work as part of a team to collect waste and recycling from designated collection pointsReturn containers to correct locations and ensure all missed bins or additional work are recorded and completedLoad waste safely and efficiently, clearing any spillages immediatelySupport drivers by acting as a reversing assistant for safe vehicle manoeuvringFollow all company health & safety procedures and legal requirementsMaintain a polite and professional manner with colleagues, the public, and client representativesAssist with additional tasks as directed by managementWhat We're Looking For:Able to follow instructions and work independently when neededPhysically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditionsGood timekeeping and reliabilityTeam player with basic communication skillsHigh attention to safety and ability to follow proceduresMust own hi-vis vest and safety boots🌟 Desirable (but not essential):Previous experience in waste, recycling, or manual labourKnowledge of the local areaBasic understanding of Health & Safety proceduresIf you’re dependable, hard-working, and ready to jump into flexible shifts, we want to hear from you!Call Simone on 020 8577 2442 or
