Pay Rate: £13.09 per hour
Hours: 42 hours per week (4 on, 4 off - days and nights)Key Requirements:
  • Nationality: Must be a UK national
  • Clearance: Must be able to obtain SC (Security Check) clearance
  • Experience: Previous security experience preferred
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism
Role Responsibilities:
  • Gatehouse duties including access control and visitor management
  • Internal and external patrols to ensure site safety and security
  • Incident reporting and escalation as required
  • Maintaining a visible and proactive security presence

That includes:
  • Welcoming and assisting staff, visitors, and contractors.
  • Conducting regular safety and security patrols.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures.
  • Supporting emergency protocols, including evacuations and searches.
  • Keeping vigilant, reporting incidents, and preventing disruption.
  • Accurately maintaining records of all activity and handovers.

  • A valid SIA licence.
  • Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
  • The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history.
  • British nationality and UK residency for the past 5 years (due to site requirements).
  • Strong communication skills in English-both written and spoken.
