We are supporting a key client in the search for an experienced Business Analyst to support a CRM-related programme of work. The ideal candidate will take a strong, business-wide view and be confident in leading stakeholder engagement, driving workshops, and challenging processes to deliver clear outcomes. This is a fast-paced role in a challenging environment, therefore the client require someone that can hit the ground running amongst a lean team.Key Responsibilities:Lead and facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams across business and ITDrive stakeholder engagement across senior and operational levels to ensure alignment and commitmentGather, analyse, and document detailed business requirements for CRM solutions (Dynamics CRM or Salesforce)Translate business needs into actionable user stories and functional specificationsPush back when needed to challenge assumptions and ensure clarity of scopeCollaborate with European teams to maintain momentum across regionsSupport the transition from discovery to implementation, ensuring continuity and readinessKey Skills & Experience:Must have data center experience to be considered.Proven experience as a Business Analyst within complex business environmentsSolid stakeholder management and facilitation skillsStrong experience working on CRM projects – ideally Dynamics CRM or SalesforceAbility to work independently and take initiative in driving business analysis activitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPlease apply for more information.
