- Lead and develop the resource strategy to ensure the successful delivery of the University Digital Strategic Plan
- Manage efficient and effective allocation of internal resources, supported by a network of delivery partners and suppliers
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to align staff with organisational strategy and priorities
- Apply specialist knowledge and experience to address short-term challenges while maintaining a long-term perspective
- Develop and implement a flexible and responsive resource model
