You will join our experienced and growing Architectural team in Oxford working on projects that include Residential, Master Planning, Education & Offices.What you need to do to be effective in this roleAssist in productions of Architectural drawings, reports and concepts (RIBA Stages 1-5)Assistance with formulating and communicating the brief effectively to colleagues as requiredCarry out studies and design proposals for reviewAssistance with planning applications, Building Regulations and appealsWork autonomously on concept layouts to comply with UK Building RegulationsInspection of building work on siteThe skills and experience you need to have for this roleArchitecture degree. Arb (UK Architectural Registration Board) Part 2 accreditation or recognised degreePost Part 2 experience in UK-based officeWorking knowledge of UK Building Regulations and their applicationSoftware:AutoCAD & RevitSketchupRhinoDIVA for Rhino, grasshopper for RhinoEnscapeAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)To be successful in this role, you will need to be an excellent communicator who can articulate complicated issues between our clients and our highly skilled project teams.
