  • Process sales orders, quotations, and returns accurately using internal systems.
  • Maintain stock levels, monitor product availability, and assist with inventory control.
  • Support sales initiatives and upsell products to maximise branch profitability.
  • Handle customer queries efficiently and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Ensure the trade counter area is clean, organised, and well-presented.
  • Collaborate with the branch team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

  • Previous experience in roofing supplies, builders' merchants, or trade counter sales.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with trade and retail customers.
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • IT literate with experience in processing orders and quotations.
