An established and growing building services company is seeking a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias to join their regional team. This is a field-based role covering commercial sites across Leeds and Manchester. The role offers a good level of autonomy, a varied working environment, and the opportunity to be part of a smaller, more personal team where engineers are truly valued.Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial buildings
- Fault finding, testing and inspection, and general electrical repairs on lighting, power, emergency systems, and distribution boards
- Support with mechanical systems (e.g., HVAC, pumps, motors) and general building fabric maintenance (e.g., doors, basic plumbing, tiling, and patch repairs)
- Complete service and maintenance documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with health & safety guidelines
- Liaise with site contacts and represent the company professionally
- City & Guilds in Electrical Installation (any edition considered) - further qualifications can be supported
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Building Services preferred
- Minimum 3 years' experience in one role - stable work history is essential
- Experience working in commercial environments (e.g., offices, retail, hospitality, or public buildings)
