Your role will require not just deep legal expertise but the creativity and drive to transform legal insights into practical, scalable tools that meet the needs of our clients and push the industry forward.You Will…Keep our legal content and workflows sharp by reviewing and refining them in response to shifts in market trends and legal developments.Identify opportunities to enhance our product through creative legal insights, drawing from your industry expertise and professional network.Collaborate across teams (Product, Legal Research, Marketing, and Customer Experience) to align legal considerations with business priorities and product goals.Provide expert legal guidance on product features, helping shape innovative solutions that balance compliance and user needs.Lead, support, and develop a high-performing team of product managers with legal backgrounds, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing across the legal function.You Should Have...An SRA qualification with 8+ years of post-qualification experience, ideally bringing a blend of private practice and in-house exposure.Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.Proven ability to translate legal concepts into practical, scalable product solutions.Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and commercial teams in an agile environment.A proactive and strategic mindset — you spot opportunities, anticipate challenges, and solve problems creatively.Exceptional communication skills — you can simplify complex legal ideas without losing nuance.A passion for innovation and a keen interest in legal tech and the evolving legal landscape.Bonus Points…Thrives under pressure.Previous experience in a startup/entrepreneurial environment.Experience working with a remote team.
