- Provide full administrative support to the HR equip readiness agenda including making arrangements for meetings, taking notes, preparation of documents, planners and spreadsheets, dissemination of programme information.
- Carry out project office functions including document control, report generation and distribution, maintaining all project files, collecting, chasing and maintaining project data.
- Establish and administer processes and systems including: keeping all general/project documentation up to date, generating reports, setting up master data in order to provide accurate and timely management information as required.
- Co-ordinate all data collection requests and returns, taking the necessary follow-up action to ensure deadlines for returns are met.
- HNC/HND or equivalent/higher qualification in an administrative related field and 1 years’ experience in a clerical/administrative role.
- 4 GCSE’s at Grades A-C including English Language and Maths or equivalent qualification and 2 years’ experience in a clerical/administrative role.
- 3 years’ experience in a clerical/ administrative role.
- Experience of using Microsoft Teams to support with project management
