- CRM & Data Excellence - Champion best practice in data recording and reporting, using tools like InterAction and PowerBI.
- Experienced in professional services (ideally legal)
- A confident communicator and relationship builder
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple programmes
- Skilled in CRM systems and data analysis
