This role is vital in supporting student success by delivering proactive, inclusive, and accessible academic and wellbeing support. You will help students navigate their higher education journey through tailored one-to-one sessions, engaging workshops, and innovative online resources that promote academic achievement, personal development, and employability.Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Delivering individual and group academic and wellbeing support tailored to students’ learning needs, both in-person and online.
  • Designing and facilitating workshops to enhance study skills, digital literacy, and employability.
  • Collaborating with curriculum and support teams to identify and address barriers to student progression.
  • Promoting the use of digital and assistive technologies to support independent learning.
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to quality improvement through data analysis and impact reporting.
  • Engaging with wider student support services including careers, counselling, and finance, and participating in events such as open days and enrolment.
