You will be responsible for the remanufacture and testing of a wide range of automotive electrical and electronic components. This role involves fault finding, component-level repair, and ensuring all work is carried out to the highest quality standards.Technical Skills & Knowledge
  • Proven experience in electronic fault finding to component level.
  • Knowledge of PCB rework methods (soldering, reflow, and repair techniques).
  • Ability to read and interpret electronic circuits and schematic drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail with effective problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with QHSE legislation and best practices.
  • Competent in the use of MS Office applications (particularly Excel), or willingness to develop proficiency.

  • Good communication skills with the ability to work within a team environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Willingness to follow instructions, adhere to procedures, and learn new skills.

Qualifications (Preferred but not essential)
  • Recognised qualification in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (e.g., HNC/HND, NVQ, or equivalent).
  • Previous experience within automotive, defence, or related industries.
