£44,000 per annumMy client is looking for a collaborative Client Services Manager with a passion for people management, efficiency, with strong problem-solving abilities and a mindset for continuous improvement.
As the Client Services Manager, you will lead a team of 6 Customer Service Specialists to deliver accurate order processing, delivery management and customer retention. Your role will involve the coordination between Sales Reps and Warehouse, whilst leading your team to provide a best in class service. This is a leadership role for someone who drives accountability, enforces high standards, and continually improves team performance and process control.Client Services Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the Customer Service team, building a culture of personal ownership, continuous improvement, and customer-first thinking. Aiming for exceptional customer service is key.
- Set customer service procedures, implement and monitor clear KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, response times, and invoice timeliness).
- Coordinate with internal teams to keep order flow moving and reduce delays.Use daily reports to catch and resolve exceptions: urgent orders, missing invoices, data errors, and customer setup issues.
- Drive service consistency and resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
- Review customer feedback regularly and use insights to enhance service quality, internal processes, and communication.Oversee daily order flow to ensure timely processing, release, and invoicing, avoiding bottlenecks or unnecessary escalation.
- Deliver regular performance reports on key operational metrics including order fulfilment rates, customer satisfaction, and delivery accuracy.
- 5+ years in a customer service leadership role.Experience managing a team in a fast-paced, order-driven environment.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Confident using ERP/WMS systems (and advanced Excel).
- Clear understanding of logistics and fulfilment processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
