- Research, identify, and engage high-potential outbound prospects
- Respond to inbound leads and qualify early interest
- Launch and optimise outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Book qualified meetings for AEs and the CEO
- Track performance, learn from patterns, and improve targeting and messaging
- Collaborate with sales and growth to refine ICP and campaign strategy.
- First experience with outbound sales or lead generation in a B2B environment (SaaS preferred)
- Strong written communication and attention to detail, especially in outreach
- A curious, analytical mindset - you’re always learning from what works (and what doesn’t)
- Energy, ownership, and a structured way of working - you’re comfortable managing your time and goals
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and Excel
- Fluent in English.
