Salary: £90-100 per day
Start Date: Tuesday 2nd September 2025Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people?As a Well-being Support Worker, you'll have the rewarding opportunity to empower students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Your role will be pivotal in guiding these students through their educational journey, promoting their mental and emotional well-being, and helping them achieve personal and academic success.What You'll Do:Support & Empower: Provide one-on-one and group support to help students build emotional resilience, develop coping strategies, and manage challenges.
Collaborate & Connect: Work closely with teachers, parents, and specialized staff to design and implement individualized support plans.
Encourage & Inspire: Promote positive behaviour, self-confidence, and independence in a safe, nurturing environment.
Safe Space: Create a supportive atmosphere where students feel secure discussing their mental health needs.What We’re Looking For:A Heart for Helping: A genuine passion for supporting young people with SEN and SEMH needs.
Strong Communicator: The ability to build trust and meaningful connections with students.
Empathetic Approach: Patience, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude.
Adaptable & Collaborative: Experience in tailoring support strategies and working effectively as part of a team.
Relevant Experience: Background in supporting students with SEN/SEMH or in a similar well-being or educational role is highly desirable.
