The role: Mid to Senior level Employment Counsel3 main dimensions to the role include:· Employment tribunals & management: The client run tribunal work in house (but have chambers they work with too on occasions)· Ad hoc advisory employment matters· Contracts: employment contracts, settlement agreements etc.The succesful candidate will be:
  • Engaging, friendly and warm
  • Able to operate flexibly and adapt to differing priorities and be a true partner to the people team
  • Able to effortlessly build relationships with key stakeholders and be willing to support in various areas of employment and people matters
  • An experienced employment lawyer with a passion for this area of law
  • Have broad employment expereince and be able to adapt to a fast paced and ever-changing in-house environment
The duration: 12 month FTCThe reporting lines: Reporting to the Head of legalThe key stakeholders: The People + Employee relations Team, The people and HR director and (on occasions) the C Suite.The legal team: Join a friendly, vibrant and highly approachable legal team of 4!The culture: This business are a fun, dynamic, collaborative bunch!
