Together, these efforts contribute to creating an effective and enriching educational experience for all involved.Functional Skills Tutor Requirements:

Teaching Qualifications - minimum Level 3 Education & Training or above and hold a Level 2/GCSE qualification in English and Mathematics.
Experience teaching Functional skills in English and Mathematics.
Excellent time management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport with students of all backgrounds.
Creative approach to teaching
Passion for helping others succeed and a commitment to inclusive education
