Our client is seeking a talented Real Estate Finance Solicitor, with between 7-10 years' experience, to join its market-leading practice in London. Facets of the role:
  • Drafting and negotiating key documents: facility agreements, intercreditor arrangements, mezzanine finance and more
  • Structuring deals for every type of asset and funding approach
  • Working across UK and internationally, leading teams
  • Taking a central role in client service and relationship building
  • Supporting junior Lawyers and helping them to grow.
