This is a very exciting opportunity to join and be involved in the business from the early days. Based at the heart of the Meadows, in the beautifully renovated old Royal Infirmary, the operation will consist of a 66 cover, contemporary Scottish Brasserie, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner alongside a more informal Grab & Go takeaway offer served during the day. You will be responsible for delivering excellent food, exceptional service and maintaining high standards within both the café and restaurant operations. To succeed in this role, you will have experience in a similar high street, restaurant operation.Your skills and attributes for success:
