- Due to growth, the business is seeking an Account Executive in a flagship office , to manage key clients and develop the ever-growing footprint.
- The role is a hybrid of client management and retention alongside strategic business development within target industries such as specialist construction & real estate, engineering, manufacturing & technology, energy & renewables
- The setup allows the an Account Executive to focus on clients and prospects - supported by account handlers, plus regional and national broking/placement colleagues to ensure the proposition is a winning one.
- You will be Hybrid working 2 days in the office, you'll work with clients paying at least £5,000-£10,000 fee or commission income with the goal to stay in the mid to high Corporate space
- You'll be targeted on growth of your book by 10%, with bonus on an increasing trajectory from there.
- A business development team is in place to provide prospect opportunities, leads and appointments.
- You'll have full broking, handling and administrative support as well as award winning claims and risk management solutions to enhance the proposition.

- A base salary of £50,000-£65,000, potentially negotiable for exceptional applicants.
