- Partnering with the Director of Global Legal Recruiting and other key stakeholders achieve recruiting goals.
- Overseeing the recruitment lifecycle for fee-earning roles, by liaising closely with partners, implementing strategy and overseeing logistics.
- Working closely with Practice Group Heads to identify recruitment needs and managing the approvals process.
- Overseeing the graduate recruitment process, to include managing university relationships, events and assessment centres.
- Working closely with the Senior Director of Administration, the Head of HR and the London Business Services Managers to identify and hire top talent.
- Drafting offer letters and contracts of employment for all fee-earner roles and also overseeing the process for Business Services and Graduate recruitment as required.
- Establishing and managing strong relationships with key recruitment agencies, ensuring that appropriate T&Cs are negotiated, signed and in place.
- Managing the London recruitment budget, including preparing the yearly forecast.
- Partnering with the marketing team on recruitment advertising/marketing to enhance the firm’s presence.
