Salary: £24,900 + commission + benefitsTop earners are consistently making £1000 per monthFull-time hours, working between 8.30am and 8pm with one weekend in 4First 3 months are based in the office, then you will work move to hybrid, and go in the office once per week!Are you a people person with a flair for sales and customer service? Do you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers find the right solution for their needs? If so, this could be the role for you.We’re looking for enthusiastic Inbound Sales Agents to join a growing, customer-focused team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers looking to purchase or renew their insurance, making every interaction count and ensuring they feel supported and valued.What you’ll be doing:Handling inbound customer enquiries with warmth and professionalismBuilding rapport through genuine conversations and understanding customer needsGuiding customers through their options to find the right policy for themIdentifying opportunities to add value through cross-sell and upsell conversationsFollowing structured call flows and FCA regulations to ensure complianceConsistently meeting personal and team targets while keeping the customer at the heart of everything you doDeveloping your knowledge and skills with ongoing professional development (15 hours CPD per year)What we’re looking for:Strong communication skills - you can explain things clearly, listen actively, and connect with peoplePrevious sales experience, ideally in a targeted or call centre environmentResilience and adaptability - you’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environmentAttention to detail and accuracy, especially when dealing with sensitive customer informationA team player who supports colleagues and shares knowledgeConfidence with IT systems (Word, Excel, Outlook)Patience and empathy - our customers range from their 50s to late 80s, so taking time to understand their needs is essentialWhy you’ll love the job / company:This is more than just a sales role - it’s about making a positive difference to customers' lives.
