- Demonstrable experience in developing and managing long-term client relationships within marketing, loyalty, or customer relationship management.
- Demonstratable experience leading CRM or data-driven marketing activities
- Demonstratable experience of developing loyalty propositions
- Proven ability to interpret and apply consumer insights to deliver strategic and tactical marketing campaigns that drive incremental activity.
- Financial accountability for managing multi-million-pound budgets, including production, tracking, and identification of incremental revenue opportunities.
- Experience in leading meetings with senior stakeholders and mentoring or managing team members.
- Ability to independently make commercial decisions and successfully execute joint business plans.
