Your day-to-day will include ward rounds, analyzing behaviors, updating patient records, and providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve because of your involvement, knowing that you've made someone's life better.The shift pattern is 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week including nights and weekends. 40.25 hours per week.Where you will be workingLocation: Cornerstone House, Barnet Lane, Elstree, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire WD6 3QUBarnet Lane Clinic is a 30-bed rehabilitation service for men and women with a mental illness including those diagnosed with a personality disorder. The service specialises in working with individuals who may have had placement breakdowns and need intensive review and support to help them move to more independent living. What you will get
